One Chamberlain Square was built as part of the Paradise Circus development.

Robell Control Systems were appointed by Briggs & Forrester to design, supply and install the Building Management System (BMS).

The BMS system comprises of 4 motor control panels, which control/monitor the heating plant underfloor heating, chilled water plant, 2 air handling units, domestic hot water, cold water storage and metering. 14 local control panel were also installed to link the fan coil units on each floor to provide local monitoring and feedback to the roof top central plant.

The BMS is linked to a front-end supervisor located in the facilities manager’s office, which provides a graphical information for all plant controlled by the BMS, as well as other functions such as alarm handling, time scheduling, data logging and energy consumption.
