What we can deliver
We are experienced in all aspects of building control and integration. We offer an extensive range of heating, ventilation, environmental and air-conditioning controls (HVAC) in buildings such as office blocks, shopping centres, train stations, hospitals and schools etc. Our systems can control all aspects of a building which include plant rooms, building environmental conditions, natural ventilation, energy conservation, lighting control, fan coil units, smoke extract, smoke damper control systems, fault monitoring systems, energy consumption monitoring, power auto-changeover panels and analytics. In our ever-changing world we work towards improved sustainability and efficiency.
We install and commission various communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus amongst other Field Buses. We are also highly proficient in specialist integrations into many other mechanical systems such as MVHR systems, NVHR systems, packaged air handling units and air conditioning systems.
We are experts in our field and are able to utilise a range of manufacturers to best suit the specification, Trend, Delta and Cylon in particular.
Our most recent projects should speak for themselves and we are immensely proud to have been involved in some of the most prestigious developments in Birmingham and beyond. The upgrade of the Alexander Stadium in order to be the centre piece for future landmark events, the development of Colmore Row, Chamberlain Square and The Paradise Circus development. In addition to this we are proud to have commissioned the BMS at the UK’s first testing Megalab which was created to test and detect Covid and it’s variants to name a few.
We can also turn around much smaller projects for example medical centres, gyms, clubs and leisure centres to name a few.
