Awarded projects follow an in-house quality assurance procedure built on knowledge gained over many years.

Each project is managed by an experienced engineer who will co-ordinate the project through design, procurement, manufacture, commissioning stages and ensuring that the installed system meets with the client’s and consultant’s specification and expectations.

On completion of the project a full set of operating and maintenance manuals are supplied, which includes control panel wiring & control strategy diagrams, circuit charts, technical information and test certification.

Our control panels are manufactured in-house by our team of experienced technicians.

Panels are manufactured to the highest standards utilising use quality components which have been tried and tested over years of product development, and to the latest electrical regulations.

A methodical approach is employed to internal layouts, with the addition of engraved or proprietary labels for easy identification of components.

Prior to leaving our workshop, every completed panel is fully inspected and functionally tested by a qualified tester.

We are able to cater for small wall mounted control panels right through to floor standing panels and multi-compartmented (Form 4) panels.

Customised builds to client’s requirements for size, colour and style and sectioned panels can be catered for.

We offer an excellent electrical installation service for the BMS / control wiring.

Installations are carried out by our own fully trained and qualified electricians in accordance with current IEE Regulations, Health & Safety Requirements and the projects specifications.

We fully liaise with other trades on site to utilise available resources, thus saving the client time and money.

The final but perhaps the most important part of the project is the commissioning and documentation.

Our trained and experienced engineers ensure that the control equipment functions according to the design and clients wishes.

A full demonstration of the control system is given to the client on completion of the project.

On completion a set of Operation and Maintenance Manuals are supplied.

This includes Drawings, Panel Fuse Chart, Schematics, Control Strategies, Commissioning Records, Control Equipment Data Sheets and a Description of Operation.

This does not mean the end of Robell Controls Systems involvement, as we are always available for any technical queries and future support.

Design and creation of BMS control strategies to provide effective control of buildings services, to achieve the desired comfort levels, whilst ensuring that energy usage is kept to a minimum, subject to fulfilling the design intent.
