Project Management ▶
Our awarded projects are managed by our experienced engineers, who have a wealth of knowledge from many years within the industry. Our project managers maintain good communication with clients all the way through from the start of the project and initial design stages to, manufacture, installation and commissioning. The client’s needs, specifications and expectations are constantly reviewed and managed along the process and this is what enables us to continuously deliver great projects.
Our team provide operational manuals upon completion of the project, which includes test certifications, control panel strategy and wiring and technical information. We are always willing to provide advice and support after completion of any project
Bespoke Control Panel Design▶
Awarded projects follow an in-house quality assurance procedure built on knowledge gained over many years.
Each project is managed by an experienced engineer who will co-ordinate the project through design, procurement, manufacture, commissioning stages and ensuring that the installed system meets with the client’s and consultant’s specification and expectations.
On completion of the project a full set of operating and maintenance manuals are supplied, which includes control panel wiring & control strategy diagrams, circuit charts, technical information and test certification.
Bespoke Control Panel Manufacture ▶
One of the key advantages of using Robell Control Systems is that we have our own in house control panel design and manufacture department. Our highly skilled staff are able to create and build control panels of the highest standard using quality materials that have been tried and tested over the years to ensure the best suitability and functionality. We are able to provide control panels in a wide variety of size and specification and no job is too big or small.
Our technicians use their experience to ensure that each panel has the best and most functional internal layout and we are able to easily adapt to customer requirements in regards to size, colour and positioning of each individual control panel.
Once a panel is completed, it is fully tested and inspected by a qualified technician to ensure it not only meets required functionality and electrical regulations, but also that it meets the customer’s specifications.
Electrical Installation, Testing & Inspection ▶
Our highly experienced installations team are well accomplished in every aspect of on site electrical installations and have worked on a wide variety of jobs to develop their familiarity and application on different projects. Our electricians are fully trained and qualified to industry standards and always adhere to health and safety regulations and site specific requirements.
Our installations team have a close working relationship with our project managers, which lends itself to being adaptable and flexible during the installation process when the customer needs or requirements change.
We also take pride in the ability to work alongside and liaise with other trades whilst on site, which enables a smoother process for all involved and keep lines of communication open.
Commissioning ▶
The final but perhaps the most important part of the project is the commissioning and documentation.
Our trained and experienced engineers ensure that the control equipment functions according to the design and clients wishes.
A full demonstration of the control system is given to the client on completion of the project.
On completion a set of Operation and Maintenance Manuals are supplied.
This includes Drawings, Panel Fuse Chart, Schematics, Control Strategies, Commissioning Records, Control Equipment Data Sheets and a Description of Operation.
This does not mean the end of Robell Controls Systems involvement, as we are always available for any technical queries and future support
Strategies & Graphics▶
Design and creation of BMS control strategies to provide effective control of buildings services, to achieve the desired comfort levels, whilst ensuring that energy usage is kept to a minimum, subject to fulfilling the design intent.
Design and creation of BMS supervisor graphics to provide intuitive access for the monitoring and adjustment of installed systems.
Service & Maintenance ▶
Robell Control Systems Ltd sister company Robell Maintenance Services Ltd offer a range of flexible support & maintenance services to suit your needs, from breakdown callouts though to programmed preventative maintenance schedules to reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and ensures that systems are operating correctly, which will save on utility costs.
Their dedicated team of highly trained service engineers have a wealth of experience and are mindful of working with building facilities teams and clients to ensure the efficient running of your control systems to maintain a comfortable working environment at all times.
