A comprehensive refurbishment of 150,000 sq ft of city-centre workspace, bringing an existing building up to a contemporary Grade A standard.
The challenge
Refurbishment projects rarely match their drawings. Existing infrastructure, unknown legacy wiring and phased access all had to be absorbed without extending the programme.
Our approach
We surveyed existing services before finalising the installation strategy, retaining sound infrastructure where possible and replacing what could not be relied upon, with panels built to suit the space actually available.
The outcome
A modern, fully commissioned control system across the refurbished floorplates, giving the landlord energy visibility that the original building never provided.
