Commissioning
Commissioning is where a control system either earns its specification or quietly fails to. Our engineers verify every point, prove every sequence and tune the system against the way the building actually behaves.
Point-by-point verification
Every input and output is verified end to end — field device to controller to head-end — and recorded. Nothing is signed off on the basis that it should work.
Sequences proven in operation
Control sequences are demonstrated against the agreed control philosophy, with witnessed testing for the consultant and client where required.
Tuned for real occupation
Loops are tuned and setpoints reviewed under genuine load conditions, and we return during the early occupation period to refine performance as the building settles.
