Project Management
Every Robell contract is led by a named project manager who owns the programme from order through to handover — a single point of accountability for the client, the principal contractor and the wider M&E team.
One point of accountability
Controls packages fail when responsibility is split across suppliers. Our project managers hold design, manufacture, installation and commissioning under one contract, so interfaces are resolved internally rather than on site.
Programme discipline
We plan panel manufacture, cable containment, field device installation and commissioning against the construction programme, and report progress in the format your team already uses. Where the programme moves, we re-sequence early rather than absorb the delay silently.
Documentation and handover
Technical submittals, points schedules, RAMS, test records and O&M documentation are produced as the works proceed — not assembled retrospectively — so handover is a formality rather than a hurdle.
What this includes
- Named project manager for every contract
