One Centenary Way is one of Birmingham's newest Grade A commercial office developments, requiring intelligent environmental control across thirteen floors. Robell Control Systems designed, supplied and installed a comprehensive Building Management System delivering centralised plant control, floor-by-floor monitoring and advanced energy management.
The challenge
Coordinating environmental control across a thirteen-storey office building required reliable communication between central plant, distributed fan coil units and energy monitoring systems whilst maintaining flexibility for future building operation.
Our approach
Robell Control Systems installed four central control panels and twenty-six local outstations providing distributed monitoring and control for more than 260 fan coil units. Integrated energy and utility metering delivers real-time operational data through a graphical Building Management System supervisor.

Robell Control Systems delivered a scalable Building Management System supporting efficient building operation, occupant comfort and long-term energy performance across one of Birmingham's most prestigious office developments.
