St Peter's Collegiate
St Peter's Collegiate required a modern Building Management System to support the new education facility, delivering intelligent environmental control, energy monitoring and reliable operation across teaching spaces. Robell Control Systems designed, supplied and installed a fully integrated BMS providing facilities staff with complete visibility of the building's mechanical services.
The challenge
Delivering reliable environmental control throughout an education environment required coordinated management of heating, ventilation and fresh air systems whilst providing facilities staff with simple, intuitive control over classroom conditions and building performance.
Our approach
Robell Control Systems delivered four bespoke Building Management System control panels providing centralised monitoring and control of the building's heating and ventilation systems. NVHR units and electrical energy meters were fully integrated into the BMS, allowing site staff to monitor building performance, adjust operating parameters and manage energy consumption from a single graphical interface.
The outcome
Robell Control Systems successfully delivered a fully integrated Building Management System supporting the new extension at St Peter's Collegiate. The completed installation provides dependable environmental control, efficient energy management and a straightforward platform for ongoing facilities management, ensuring the building continues to operate efficiently for staff and students alike.
