Two Chamberlain Square forms part of Birmingham's landmark Paradise development, delivering premium commercial office space within one of the city's most significant regeneration projects. Robell Control Systems designed, supplied and installed a fully integrated Building Management System providing intelligent control, energy monitoring and centralised plant management throughout the building.
The challenge
Delivering consistent environmental control throughout a premium office development whilst providing accurate energy monitoring and local floor-level control required seamless integration between central plant and distributed building services.
Our approach
Robell Control Systems delivered two central Building Management System control panels alongside seven local control panels connecting fan coil units throughout the building. Energy meters, plant equipment and ventilation systems were fully integrated into a graphical supervisor providing facilities teams with complete operational visibility.
