Testing & Inspection
Testing and inspection is carried out by qualified engineers to current wiring regulations, with results recorded in full so that compliance can be demonstrated rather than assumed.
Tested to current regulations
Installations are inspected and tested in line with BS 7671, with certification issued on completion and any remedial items identified, tracked and closed out.
Documented for handover
Test records, certificates and schedules are compiled into the O&M package so the client's facilities team inherits a complete and auditable set of documentation.
Periodic inspection
For existing buildings we carry out periodic inspection and condition reporting, giving building owners a clear picture of the state of their electrical and controls infrastructure.
